Photograph it and we read the dial or case back, pick the reference from our catalog, or type it in yourself.
Specification in depth
Movement, complications, crystal, case, bezel, clasp, hands, bracelet and end links, with the measurements and where they came from.
Cost, supplier and invoice
What you paid, when, to whom, their VAT number and the purchase invoice, all with the watch. That is what makes the margin real rather than a guess.
Photographs
Any photo from your phone or camera, up to 30 MB each. The first one is the cover, and we check each marketplace's photo rules before you publish.
Bring in what you already hold
We read your stock from a marketplace you already use, a file or your own website, show you everything we found, and change nothing until you say so.

Listings and channels

List once. There is no second stock list to keep in step with the first.

One listing form
Title, description, price, VAT scheme, shipping and warranty, plus whatever each marketplace asks for, filled in once.
Where it goes
eBay, Shopify and WooCommerce get the listing straight away. Wristler and Bezel pick it up within six hours.
Sold once, gone everywhere
Sell a watch anywhere and it comes off everywhere else. No more selling the same watch twice.
Bulk actions
Take a group of watches down, archive or delete them in one go, on Worldwatch only or on every marketplace too.

Orders

What you sold and what you bought, in the same place. Sale, payment and shipping are tracked separately, because they happen at different speeds.

One status per deal
From first offer to delivered, one status tells you where each deal stands.
Documents on the order
Invoices, credit notes, pro formas, receipts and the insurance certificate, all on the deal they belong to.
Tracking
Add the tracking number and carrier (24 to choose from) and the buyer gets a link to follow. You buy the label with your own carrier.
Where the order came from
Direct sale, a negotiation with every offer kept, an auction or a proposal. A marketplace order keeps the marketplace's own order number.

Margin, stock value and what each marketplace brings in, each next to the same period last year.

More than one user, each with their own rights, from Pro. On Enterprise you can see who changed what.
Search
One field across inventory, orders and contacts, because you rarely know which of the three the thing you are looking for is filed under.
