Guides
Setup walkthroughs, channel-by-channel instructions and the answers to recurring questions live at help.worldwatch.market. That is the searchable version and it is kept alongside the product rather than alongside this site.
Talking to a person
The contact form reaches the team directly. Worldwatch is small enough that the people who build the product also read the mail, so a question about behaviour goes to someone who can change that behaviour rather than to a queue.
Replies come during Amsterdam business hours, usually the same working day. Telling us roughly how many watches you carry and which channels you sell on answers most of what we would otherwise have to ask.
Channels you can connect
Listings can be published to eBay, Shopify, WooCommerce, Wristler and Bezel. Each has its own page under integrations covering what it needs from you, what it maps to and what it costs on that platform's side.
If you sell somewhere that is not on the list, say so. Which channels get built next is decided by which ones dealers ask for.
Plans and billing
Pricing carries the plan comparison and the questions dealers ask before they buy: what the free plan does, whether prices are per user, what annual billing looks like, and what happens to your inventory if you stop paying.
The short version on the question that matters most. The subscription is a flat amount that does not scale with your sales. Selling through a connected marketplace still means that marketplace's own fees, deducted when they settle with you, and Worldwatch does not add a fee on top of theirs.
Your data
Security sets out how accounts are protected, which sub-processors are involved and what happens to the data you put in. Privacy is the formal version of the same thing.
