What Wristler is
- A European watch marketplace
- Wristler is where a buyer shops across dealers in one place. More than 39,000 watches are listed there by sellers across Europe.
- Who it puts you in front of
- Buyers arrive knowing the reference they want and comparing sellers on it. A listing is read next to the same watch from other dealers, so the specification and the photographs are what sell it.
- What it costs
- Wristler charges 2.5% commission excluding VAT, which is 3% with VAT included, and €99 a month for the account. As a Worldwatch dealer the monthly fee is waived until your first sale there.

What syncs
- Inventory out, on a schedule
- Worldwatch keeps an up-to-date list of your listable stock and Wristler collects it on a schedule. Adding a watch means it appears at the next collection.
- Sales back
- When a watch sells on Wristler it is marked as sold in Worldwatch, which takes it down from your other connected channels.
- Payment
- Wristler collects from the buyer and settles with you, the same shape as a managed-payments marketplace.
- Outbound only
- Wristler is a place to sell, not a source to import from. Nothing flows into your inventory from it.

Wristler admits you before anything is published
Connecting is not the same as going live. Wristler reviews every seller first, the usual checks on the business and the people behind it. Until that clears, nothing you connect appears on their marketplace.

Wait for Wristler to send your access details
Wristler sends your access details directly to you as part of their onboarding.
Paste the details into Worldwatch
Enter it in the Wristler settings panel. Worldwatch hashes it on arrival and stores only the hash, so nobody here can read it back.
Worth knowing
- Wristler's commission
- Wristler charges 2.5% excluding VAT, which is 3% with VAT included, and nets it on settlement. Worldwatch does not add anything on top and does not currently show that deduction per order.
- Fill in the specification once
- Dial colour, bracelet, bezel, complication and reference are entered once in Worldwatch, and the listing Wristler receives carries a complete, searchable name with those fields already filled. Keep the price, photographs and condition current here and the listing stays current with them.
- Replacing your access details
- Replacing them leaves the previous set working for 24 hours, so a collection already under way is not cut off part-way through.
- Disconnecting
- Disconnecting ends the access. At the next collection Wristler sees nothing from you and takes your listings down on their side.
